GENERAL TERMS

Time & Kilometer reading is calculated from garage to garage.
Minimum charges: Local – 8Hrs/80Kms slab, Outstation – 300Kms per day.
Driver’s Bata: Local use – after 10:00pm & before 6:30am → ₹500 (Dzire/Innova), ₹700 (Luxury).
Driver’s Bata for outstation will be double if driven after 10:00pm, before 6:30am, or overnight stay.
Minimum charges will apply if cab is cancelled within 3 hours from time of reporting.
Rates will vary as and when there is a hike in fuel prices.
Payments to be made via NEFT/RTGS to Guestversity Tours N Travels.
GST will be applicable on the total bill amount as per Government policy.
Permit, Parking, Toll & Entrance fees will be charged at actuals.
Luggage is carried at passenger’s risk; company is not responsible for any loss.
Bills (if required) will be sent as E-bill (PDF) to the registered mail ID.
Any concerns on invoice/trip sheet must be raised within 7 days of receipt, otherwise not entertained.

All payments must be made within 10 days from the date of invoice submission.
For bus usage, 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking, and the balance must be paid immediately after duty completion.
Any delayed payments will attract an interest of 24% per annum.
Payments should be made only via NEFT/RTGS to Guestversity Tours N Travels.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reporting time. Failing this will result in the full amount being charged.
No refund will be processed once the booking is confirmed and the advance has been paid.
