1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment. Full payment is required before the commencement of the trip.

We accept secure online payments, bank transfers, and approved credit/debit cards.

Cancellations made 15 days before the trip are eligible for a 70% refund. Within 7 days, no refund will be provided.

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days.

Guestversity ensures safe and reliable tours, but guests are responsible for their personal belongings and travel documents.

We recommend all travelers to have valid travel insurance.

Your data is safe with us. We collect only necessary information to provide quality service and never share it with third parties without consent.

Guests are expected to respect local culture, laws, and fellow travelers during tours organized by Guestversity.
